Ramkumar Ganesan is an Indian film actor, producer, and businessman. He was born on May 1, 1955, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He is the son of the legendary actor Sivaji Ganesan and younger brother of actor Prabhu and producer and actor Vinu Chakravarthy. Ramkumar made his acting debut with the film "Kudumbam Oru Koyil" in 1979 and went on to act in several films in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam languages. He produced and acted in the Tamil film "Pasa Kiligal" in 1985. Later, he started his own production company, Sivaji Productions, named after his father. Ramkumar has also acted in various television serials and commercials. He is married to Nirmala and has two children, Shivaji Dev and Shruti. He actively participates in social activities and is a member of the Rotary club.
